• What types of therapy do you offer?
  We offer a wide range of therapy services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, child and adolescent therapy, and specialized modalities like music therapy and yoga for mental health.  You can learn more about our services here.
   
• Where are you located?
  We are located in Lynchburg, Virginia. Please see our Contact Us page for more information.
   
• Do you offer telehealth services?
  Yes, we offer telehealth services throughout Virginia. This allows you to attend therapy sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Jessica Coleman and Deborah Hudson are available for services in multiple states.
   
• What are your hours of operation?
  Our therapist's hours are varied based on therapist availability. Please see booking link for individual therapist availability. There is appointment availability Monday-Saturday from morning until evening.
   
• How do I schedule an appointment?
  You can schedule an appointment by contacting our office directly or using our online scheduling system. 

• Do you accept insurance?
  We are currently able to accept the following insurances for individual therapy services:

               Anthem BCBS

               Anthem HealthKeepers Plus

• Do you work with commercial insurance Out-Of-Network?
  Yes! We work with Mentaya to help clients maximize their out-of-network insurance benefits. Mentaya can assist with verifying your benefits and submitting claims, making it easier for you to receive reimbursement for your therapy sessions. Please use the verification of benefits widget below to determine your eligibility. When you reach out to our office, we'll give you more information to sign up! • What are the benefits of using private pay?
  Using private pay services allows you to have more autonomy over how, when, and with whom your information is shared. It can also provide greater flexibility in terms of scheduling and treatment options.
   
• Do you offer sliding scale fees or payment plans?
  We offer sliding scale slots based on financial need. We also offer payment plans to help make our services more accessible.
   
• What is Pay-What-You-Can?
  To reduce barriers from third parties on services, a Pay-What-You-Can Model is implemented. This is when the customary fees for a service are not able to be sustainably consistent for a consumer’s ability to pay. This is not the same as a sliding-scale fee schedule. An agreement is made between the service provider and the consumer as to what an appropriate amount would be. This model is available to all consumers, regardless of the service they are receiving. Please indicate this option in your contact to discuss with our office manager or your therapist.
   
• What is Open Path?
  If you’d like to work with our providers at a reduced rate, there are some additional steps you will need to take with Open Path before we schedule our first appointment.
  The first step is to fill out the confidential online registration form. Registration can be completed in under 10 minutes. Please note that members pay a one-time fee of $65 to join Open Path.
  Once you register, you’ll receive an Open Path Member ID email, which you can forward to me. At that time, we can schedule our first session together. We’ll decide on the rate within the Open Path range at that point in time.
  If you would like to determine what the session fee will be before you join Open Path, please let me know and we can figure that out together.

At Creekside Therapeutics, we strive to make our services accessible while also valuing the expertise and dedication of our therapists. We offer a variety of fee options to meet different needs and budgets. 

Insurance coverage at Creekside Therapeutics is only available for Individual Therapy and Couples & Family Therapy.

Individual Therapy 

• Jessica Coleman, LPC-S, BCBA, RYT: 
  • Intake: $190
  • 45-minute session: $150
  • 30-minute session: $120
• Heidi Olson, MA, Resident in Counseling: 
  • Intake: $150
  • 45-minute session: $100
• Leah Gear, Resident in Counseling: 
  • Intake: $150
  • 45-minute session: $100
• Deborah Hudson, Resident in Counseling, MT-BC: 
  • Intake: $150

Couples & Family Therapy 

• $120 per session

Intensives 

• Individual Mode (90 min - 1 hour): Prorated based on individual therapy rate
• Co-op Mode (3-4 hours): $250 per session

Specialized Services 

• Music Therapy:  $100 for 45-min session
• Yoga for Mental Health: 
  • 1-hour session/intake: $50
  • 30-minute session: $25
• Pre-marital Counseling Package: $150 per 2-hour session (6 sessions total) or $900 total

Evaluations 

• Autism Evaluation: 
  • Equitable Rate: $1000 or 2 Payments of $500
  • Sustainable Rate: $800 or 2 Payments of $400
  • Accessible Rate: $600 or 2 Payments of $300
• Combined Evaluation (Autism & ADHD): 
  • Equitable Rate: $1250 or 2 Payments of $625
  • Sustainable Rate: $1000 or 2 Payments of $500
  • Accessible Rate: $800 or 2 Payments of $400
